Independence Day Festivities Planned For Area Communities

Independence Day activities kick off Thursday evening in Waterville, as the community hosts a barbecue and fireworks. Gage County M.A.P.S. Coalition Awarded Grant

A wellness grant of $16,700 was recently awarded to the Gage County M.A.P.S. Coalition. Funded by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, a presentation is planned during the National Night Out on Tuesday evening. Big Indian Lake Opens For Boaters Near Odell

Big Indian Lake near Odell has reopened for boaters. A project to remove sediment and update facilities closed the lake as it was drained three years ago.
