Longtime Washington County Hospital Administrator Everett Lutjemeier is retiring on July 1st. Lutjemeier served as administrator for 20 years. A retirement party honoring Lutjemeier will be held in the basement of the Firest National Bank on Thursday, June 30th from 4 to 6 P.M. Propane Heater Starts Fire

On Saturday the Washington Fire Department was dispatched to 1548 17th Road for the report of a propane fire. A propane heater that was setting on top of a small propane bottle fell over. The only damage was to the propane heater and bottle. Read More »
