Marshall County Qualifies As A Kansas Rural Enterprize Zone

Marshall County now qualifies as a Kansas Rural Enterprise Zone. If adopted by commissioners, the program allows a Kansas income tax waiver and student loan repayment assistance for individuals moving to the county.
