The Kansas Volleyball Association along with PrepVolleyball.com Wednesday released the 2010 Kansas High School Volleyball Pre-Season Rankings. TOPEKA, Kan.— The first deadline to register for the 21st Annual Sunflower State Games is Friday, July 2nd. Athletes interested in Basketball, Disc Golf, Dodgeball, Junior Rodeo, Rowing, Indoor Soccer, Sand Volleyball and Wrestling must register by July 2. Southeast CC Signs Two Tri-County VB Players

Katey Pflanz and Heather Schwan, student-athletes at Tri County High School, have signed letters of intent to play volleyball for Southeast Community College beginning this fall. Three Southeast CC Volleyball Players Earn Awards

Three Southeast Community College volleyball players received honors following the 2009 season. Carly Morehead and Monica Shaw were named to the Region IX All-Tournament Team, Morehead and CeCe Catlett were named to the All-Region IX Team, and all three players were named to the Nebraska Community College Athletic Conference all-league team. Frankfort Wins 1A State Volleyball Title

The Frankfort Lady Wildcats won their 2nd state volleyball championship in school history on Saturday at Gross Memorial Coliseum as they fought back from an early deficit in the semifinals and reeled off four straight games to win the state title.
