Hanover Cemetery Continues “Righting” a “Wrong”

Hanover Cemetery was the victim of vandals in February. Approximately 25 grave stones were pushed over during the night of February 18th. Grocery Store Victim of Burglary

Haverkamp Grocery in Centralia was the site of a burglary sometime between 3:30 p.m. on December 26th and 7 a.m. on December 27th. Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the break-in and theft of an undisclosed amount of cash. The Sheriff’s department reported that the building was also damaged.

A fire broke out SKF Sealing Solutions in Seneca Thursday evening. The Seneca Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call of a fire at SKF Sealing Solutions located in the northeast part of town around 9 p.m. According to Seneca Fire Chief Brian Ruske the fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries.
