Prairie Hills Superintendent Resigns

Prairie Hills USD 113 at a special board meeting accepted the resignation of Superintendent Bill Orth effective May 1st. No reason was given, and he was appointed Coordinator of Transition Services. Dr. Velora Hanzlick was appointed Interim Superintendent for USD 113. The board also recently accepted the resignation of Gena Fritz, music teacher at Summerfield and Axtell.
