One Killed In Randolph Shooting Accident

The Riley County Police report that an accidental shooting this morning in Randolph left one person dead. Police have ruled out suicide, but declined to to identify the victim of the shooting. A full report will be released on Tuesday by the Riley County Police Department.

Juvenile Arrested In Onaga Bomb Threat Hoax

Pottawatomie County authorities arrested a 14-year-old juvenile for aggravated criminal threat following a bomb threat that prompted the evacuation of Onaga Grade School, Onaga Hospital, and local businesses on Tuesday. Union Pacific spokesman Mark Davis reports that the company had 10 empty tank cars derail early Tuesday morning in the Union Pacific Rail Yard in Marysville. No injuries were reported, and no hazardous materials were released in the derailment.

Arrest Made In Attempted Vehicle Theft In Washington
