K-16 Construction Delayed Yet Again Due To Weather

A rescheduled culvert replacement on Highway K-16 in Pottawatomie County has been rescheduled yet again. Due to the weather, work at milepost 25 between Wheaton and Blaine is slated now for Tuesday. Gage County M.A.P.S. Coalition Awarded Grant

A wellness grant of $16,700 was recently awarded to the Gage County M.A.P.S. Coalition. Funded by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, a presentation is planned during the National Night Out on Tuesday evening. Gage County Inmate Dead After Reported Hanging

A Beatrice man died Tuesday after he reportedly hung himself at the Gage County Detention Center last Thursday. Thirty year old Chad E. Gesin was being held on assault charges following a domestic incident July 4 in Beatrice.
