A Beatrice woman is facing felony theft charges after police say she misappropriated more than $100,000 from a local business. Jodi R. TierOne Bank Closed; Great Western Bank Takes Over

TierOne Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, was closed today by the Office of Thrift Supervision, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver.
