The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of nearly 300 gallons of diesel fuel from two semi’s parked near 192nd and D Road north of Baileyville. Beatrice Man Convicted of Attempted Strangulation
Sean Cahill, age 53, of Beatrice no contest in Gage County District Court Wednesday to theft and assault charges.
