House Acts on Governor’s Spending Cuts

The Kansas House of Representatives this week passed an amended series of state spending cuts proposed by Governor Sam Brownback. Here’s a quick scorecard tracking the spending at the state level in the upcoming Kansas elections. And the winner is… Kansas Senator Sam Brownback, the Republican Nominee for Governor.
