Telephone Scams come to our area.

Seneca Police Chief Brent Schulte says the Pamida store in Seneca reported that someone is calling customers of the Pamida Pharmacy and identifying themselves as a Pamida representative that is verifying customer information. Baileyville man injured in accident.

A single-vehicle accident sent a Baileyville man to the hospital. Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department reported 23-year-old Andrew Schmitz of Baileyville; was traveling north on J Road last Thursday at approximately 1:40 A.M.  His pickup left the road, ran through a fence and rolled over. Schmitz was transported to the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital in Seneca.
