Seneca Juvenille Arrested for Discharging Firearm

17-year-old Dillian Kaster of Seneca was arrested Friday on charges of driving under the influence, transporting an open container, minor in possession, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, criminal discharge of a firearm and reckless driving. Three Injured in Rollover Accident

Two Seneca teenagers were injured in a one vehicle accident on Saturday. Karla Henry and Kaylee Bontrager, both age 16, of Seneca were injured when the car they were riding in swerved to miss another vehicle, entered a ditch and rolled over. 13-year-old Cara Knapp, of rural Seneca, spelled “inselberg” to win The Topeka Capital-Journal’s 58th annual Regional Spelling Bee at Topeka West High School, 2001 S.W. Fairlawn.
