Marysville Police Announce Aggressive Enforcement of Handicap Parking

Marysville Police Chief Todd Ackerman informed the Marysville City Council on Monday that his officers will be aggressively enforcing Handicap space parking. Two Washington County residents killed in one vehicle accident

Brothers from Greenleaf and Linn, Kansas have been identified as the victims of a double-fatality accident in Manhattan.  RCPD Lt. Herb Crosby indicates shortly after 3:30 a.m. officers responded to Highway 24, about a mile west of Manhattan for an overturned, one vehicle accident. Beatrice man killed by tractor

A rural Beatrice man was found under the wheel of a tractor. Chuck Benash, 55, was pinned underneath the left rear wheel of a tractor south of his home Monday morning.  The Gage County Sheriff’s Office reported Benash was last seen operating the tractor at approximately 6 p.m. Sunday.  Investigators believe Benash got off the tractor for an unknown reason.  ...
