On 080410 on US 36 just east of Upland Road Lee Rieth, Washington driving a 2001 Chevrolet failed to signal a left turn and a 2006 Chrysler driven by Adam Yungeberg, Barnes who was attempting to pass struck Rieth’s vehicle.  Rieth was issued a citation for Failure to Signal.  Damage estimated at more than $1,000.00, no injuries were reported. Gun Amnesty Program Announced in Beatrice/gage County
