Gage County Considers Outsourcing Prisoners

Gage County is considering outsourcing prisoners to jail facilities in neighboring counties. That discussion followed budget request increases on top of $120,000 annually which was previously set aside for improvements to the jail in Beatrice. Gage County Bridge gets go ahead for bidding process

A federal aid bridge in Gage County southeast of Wymore has gotten the go ahead for the bidding process. The bridge crosses Indian Creek at 51st Road southeast of Wymore and extends from River Street in Blue Springs to 1st Street in Wymore.
