City of Washington to have planned power outages next Friday

The City of Washington has two planned power outages scheduled for Friday, June 21, 2013. One will be at 10 am and one will be at 3 pm. Both are expected to take 30 minutes to an hour. The outages are necessary to make repairs to the substation.
