Trevor M. Hurley of Wymore was arrested for third degree domestic assault, terroristic threats and negligent child abuse following an alleged assault on a woman Tuesday morning. Man Killed During Pursuit

One man died in a police pursuit of a pickup on Monday.  The pursuit occurred approximately 11:35 p.m. near Pawnee City.
