ATV accident sends two to hospital

Two people were injured in an ATV accident on Sunday afternoon.  The Department also investigated an injury accident Sunday afternoon involving an all-terrain vehicle.  Nemaha County Sheriff’s office reports 20-year-old Prince Shaw of Bern drove an ATV through a waterway on private property when he struck a ditch, causing the ATV to roll over.  Shaw and a passenger were injured.  ... County Stampede fatality identified

A 20-year old man who was found unconscious at the Country Stampede and died in route to the hospital has been identified.  Sheriff Greg Riat says security at the Tuttle Creek State Park called his office after Jacob Krueztzer of Beaver Creek, Nebraska was found unresponsive at the campground about 2:30 Thursday morning.
