Livingston Enterprises Fire Ruled Accidental

A fire March 22nd that destroyed four buildings of the Livingston Enterprises hog confinement operation south of Fairbury was ruled accidental by the state fire marshal’s office. Twenty-six area fire departments, including Kansas and Nebraska units responded to the blaze at the 10,000 head swine farrowing complex.

Injury Accident Sends Nebraska Man To Hospital

An injury accident was reported Monday afternoon, shortly before 1 p.m., ten miles north of Marysville on U.S. Highway 77.
