Kansas Government Adds 16,000 Jobs in One Year

The Kansas Department of Labor reported Kansas Government agencies employed 16-thousand more people in February 2011 than in February 2010.  The revelation was made in February’s Unemployment report. Marshall County has the highest unemployment rate in the KNDY listening area with 5.5 percent according to the Kansas Department of Labor’s Report on January Unemployment.
