Preliminary Hearing Set for Former County Attorney

Former Marshall County Attorney Brian Carroll is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Court October 11th. Carroll did not enter a plea at the most recent hearing, leading District Judge Jack Murphy to schedule the preliminary hearing. 23-year-old Amanda Marina Baynton of Marysville was been bound over to Marshall County District Court on charges of second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
