Arrest Expected in Marysville Pool Incident
On Friday, the Marysville Pool manager requested Marysville Police meet with her concerning a possible issue with a disorderly man. Marysville responded and spoke to the manager and interviewed several children. Marysville Police then escorted a male off the pool property. Stephen Macomber Sentenced
A Topeka man convicted of wounding a Marshall County Sheriff‘s deputy and taking an elderly Blue Rapids woman hostage last June has been sentenced to nearly 83 ½ years in prison. The preliminary hearing for a Marysville woman charged in the shooting death of her husband has been continued until August 4th. Amanda Marina Baynton, Marysville, is charged with second-degree intentional murder in the June 8 shooting death of her husband, Derek Baynton.
