Trial for Frankfort Man accused of causing a Death in Accident

A Frankfort man charged with involuntary manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol and driving a vehicle without liability insurance will exercise his right to a jury trial in March.  Jason Brammer, age 29, of Frankfort was arrested and charged in connection with a head-on collision in 2009 that claimed the life of a Marysville man.  Brammer pled no guilty ... Marysville Man Involved in Injury Accident

A three-vehicle accident at the junction of U.S. 75 and K-9 Highways in northern Jackson County may have injured a Marysville man to the hospital Friday afternoon.  The accident sent a total of three people to the hospital. The case against Barry Vilda has been dismissed from Gage County District Court and he will instead be committed to a mental health facility. Man dies at Country Stampede
