NCAA After the Game: Billy Mills



NCAA.com // Kansas track & field legend Billy Mills is the subject of the NCAA's latest "After the Game" feature, which celebrates the success of former NCAA student-athletes after college. Mills ran at KU from 1958-61 and went on to become one of the most iconic track athletes in U.S. history, becoming the first American to win the Olympic 10,000 meters, claiming gold in the event at the 1964 Tokyo Games.

Jayhawk Duo in Tie for Second after Two Rounds at Big 12 Championship



SAN ANTONIO – Kansas junior Yupaporn Kawinpakorn and sophomore Pornvipa Sakdee are both tied for second place with a score of 142 (-2) after two rounds at the 2015 Big 12 Women's Golf  Championship at the Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, Texas. As a team, KU is in eighth place with a two-round 602 (+26), carding a 301 (+13) for the second straight day on Saturday.

Busy Friday Brings Exciting Results on Final Day of 88th Kansas Relays



Photo Gallery // RESULTS // After more than 80 high school and college track & field events covering over 15 hours Friday, the 88th Kansas Relays came to a close with an abundance of memorable performances. The Kansas Jayhawk men's and women's teams swept the quadrangular competitions with the KU men coming out on top with 226 points, while the women amassed 194 points for the win.

Kansas men's basketball coach Bill Self announced Tuesday that freshman Cliff Alexander will declare for the 2015 NBA Draft. Alexander joins fellow KU teammate Kelly Oubre, Jr., who announced he was going to enter the 2015 NBA Draft on April 1.

The comeback kids returned to the softball diamond on Thursday night as No. 23 Kansas rallied for its seventh come-from-behind victory of the season. KU overcame a four-run deficit to defeat Oklahoma State, 7-6, at Cowgirl Softball Stadium.
