The Kansas Department of Labor reported Kansas Government agencies employed 16-thousand more people in February 2011 than in February 2010. The revelation was made in February’s Unemployment report. Unemployment has fallen in Marshall, Washington, and Nemaha Counties in December. Marshal County fell from 4.7 percent to 4.3 percent. Washington County fell to 3.8 percent down from 4.2 percent in November. Nemaha County was 3.3 percent in December down from 3.7 percent in November.
