Marshall County Commission Meeting Notes – Jan. 13

Marshall County Commissioners met Monday, and elected Tom Holle board chair during the 2014 reorganization. Register of Deeds Martha Roesch encouraged passing a resolution to the legislature that they not remove the mortgage registration fee. The board plans to adopt that resolution next week. Marysville woman charged with false claim and forgery

A Marysville woman has been ordered to repay $3,856 and will serve 18 months probation for one count of making a false claim to the Medicaid Program and two counts of forgery, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said.
