Onaga passes bond issue to build a new hospital

A bond issue for a new hospital in Onaga passed in the General Election last Tuesday, with 79% of the voters wanting to pass the issue.  $17.59 million in tax-exempt general obligations bonds will be used with hospital cash reserves to construct a new facility and make renovations to the existing facility in Onaga, which was built in 1957. Gage County looking into overlaying some blacktop roads

Arrest Expected in Marysville Pool Incident

On Friday, the Marysville Pool manager requested Marysville Police meet with her concerning a possible issue with a disorderly man. Marysville responded and spoke to the manager and interviewed several children. Marysville Police then escorted a male off the pool property.
