Allegations of Abuse at Beatrice Developmental Center

The Beatrice State Developmental Center is under investigation once again. The Nebraska State Patrol confirmed Wednesday it is investigating abuse and neglect allegations at one unit in the center. Southeast CC and Nebraska-Lincoln Sign Transfer Agreement
