		<description><![CDATA[Two Kansas State Freshmen have been arrested in connection to pop bottle bombs found on the Kansas State campus near a student housing area.  Kansas State University Police reported that 19-year-old Jacob Termini and 19-year-old Joel Watkins were arrested for criminal use of explosives, which is a felony.  Bond was set at $2,000 each.]]></description>
