Negotiations Continue On Baileyville School Buildings Sale

Negotiations continue with Highland Community College and USD 115 for sale of the school buildings in Baileyville. An original price tag of $500,000 is now being reduced to $350,000, after counter offers by each party. Highland plans to use the facility for a learning center. The school board had recently met in special session to approve the price reduction.
