Negotiations continue with Highland Community College and USD 115 for sale of the school buildings in Baileyville. An original price tag of $500,000 is now being reduced to $350,000, after counter offers by each party. Highland plans to use the facility for a learning center. A counter offer of $400,000 was authorized for sale of the B&B school facilities in Baileyville, after Highland Community College presented a counter of $300,000 to the initial half million dollar asking price established by the school board.
