Former Gage County Deputy Revokes His Own Bond

Terry Stiles, age 45, a former Gage County deputy was jailed Monday after asking the court to revoke his bond.  He was earlier convicted by a jury in September for two counts of third degree sexual assault of a child. Preliminary Hearing Set for Former County Attorney

Former Marshall County Attorney Brian Carroll is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Court October 11th. Carroll did not enter a plea at the most recent hearing, leading District Judge Jack Murphy to schedule the preliminary hearing.
