Blue Rapids Woman Injured In Auto Accident

An injury accident Wednesday, shortly after noon half a mile south of Randolph was reported. Pansy Rudolph, 77, of Blue Rapids went off the highway, struck a guard rail, and then went into the ditch, with the vehicle flipping onto its side. She was taken to a Manhattan hospital with a possible injury.

Marshall County Property tax deadline is Dec. 20

Marshall County’s property tax deadline for the first half of 2012 is due December 20th.  County Treasurer Linda Weber says about $8.1 million total is due for the first half and so far only about one-fourth of it has been collected, at just over $2 million.
