Former Gage County Deputy Revokes His Own Bond

Terry Stiles, age 45, a former Gage County deputy was jailed Monday after asking the court to revoke his bond.  He was earlier convicted by a jury in September for two counts of third degree sexual assault of a child. Carroll Found Guilty

Former Marshall County Attorney Brian Carroll entered a plea of “No Contest” to a single count of theft at the preliminary hearing on Tuesday. Registration Deadline Extended
