Dry conditions contributed to a fire southeast of Beatrice near 10th and Lilac Roads on Wednesday afternoon. The fire was caused by a combine’s overheated manifold. Centralia receives grant for soccer field

The STEP Foundation Board of Directors has announced the city of Centralia Parks has been awarded $3,000 to create a soccer field in Centralia. Local National Guard Members Coming Home
