Nemaha County authorities arrested a Lawrence man, 55-year-old James W. A Beatrice woman is facing felony theft charges after police say she misappropriated more than $100,000 from a local business. Jodi R. Preliminary Hearing for Carroll Postponed

The preliminary hearing for the felony theft case filed against former Marshall County Attorney Brian Carroll has been postponed until September 13th. Carroll is accused of misappropriating more than 70,000 dollars from the Marysville Berean Church. The misappropriation of funds took place between August 2006 and November 2010.
