Lease Arrangements workshop coming up soon

Developing lease arrangements on pasture or cropland can be difficult, especially in today’s unpredictable markets and weather.  Workshops will be offered on January 15th at the American Legion in Concordia from 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. and January 16th at the Kloppenberg Center in Hanover from 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Nebraska farmland prices have officially doubled since 2005. The average land value of land in Eastern Nebraska with center-pivot irrigation was 4,625 dollars per acre.
