Washington County appoints new Register of Deeds

Washington County has a new Register of Deeds.  Nola Dusin was chosen as the new Washington County Register of Deeds on January 22ndby the Washington County Republican Central Committee.  Dusin has been the Deputy Register of Deeds for the past 29 years.  She official took over the position on Monday. Emergency Route between Manhattan and area hospitals being discussed

Representative Sharon Schwartz spoke with the Kansas Transportation Secretary Miller before the transportation committee and asked her if an emergency route could be designated between the hospitals in Marshall and Washington Counties to Manhattan.
