Blue Valley Tele-Communications’ 14th Annual Giving Tree was successful once again; providing over 1,000 gifts to 320 local children and their families this Christmas. As of 2:00 p.m. this afternoon, Norris Public Power District is still experiencing power outages throughout its service territory in Gage, Jefferson, Lancaster, Saline and Thayer Counties. Crews are currently working in the rural areas of Friend, Dorchester, Wilber, Clatonia, DeWitt, Plymouth, Filley, Virginia, Carleton, Bruning, Alexandria and Hebron.
