Kansas Lottery officials Friday introduced the emotional great-grandmother from Hanover as the Super Kansas Cash jackpot winner. Secret Shopper Program May Be A Secret Fraud

A fraudulent cashier’s check scheme has been reported in Northeast Kansas. According to law enforcement a citizen received a letter from a company called BESTMARK out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.  The letter advised them that they had been selected to participate in a,“ Secret Shopper” program.
