Centralia volleyball coach Kimbrook Tennel reached a milestone of 600 wins October 7th, as the Panthers improved to 30-1 this season winning over Valley Heights. Tennel is now 601-45, spanning a 39 year teaching and coaching career in Nemaha County.

Kim Tennal Inducted Into Volleyball Hall Of Fame

The Kansas Volleyball Association recently recognized Centralia coach Kim Tennal with induction into its Hall of Fame. With a 745-127 overall record, her career began in 1976, coming to Centralia in 1988, where she guided the team to the state’s longest streak of state titles 1997-2004, with only a single losing season in her first year with the panthers.
