Two arrested in Gage County for attempting to steal anhydrous ammonia

On Tuesday, the Gage County Sheriff’s Office and the Southeast Area Drug Enforcement (SEADE) responded to 10387 East Elm Road in reference to theft of anhydrous ammonia.  According to the reporting party, Stanley Lenners, he had caught an unknown suspect stealing anhydrous ammonia from a tank located on his property. A fire broke out SKF Sealing Solutions in Seneca Thursday evening. The Seneca Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call of a fire at SKF Sealing Solutions located in the northeast part of town around 9 p.m. According to Seneca Fire Chief Brian Ruske the fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries. Pickrell man arrested for allegedly throwing a child into a wall

A Pickrell man was arrested after allegedly throwing a 10-year-old child into a wall. 39-year-old Shannon L. Nebraska State Patrol does not raise money using phone calls

$100,000 truck lost in fire

Southeast Nebraska Co-op lost a truck valued at over $100,00 on Thursday.  Beatrice Rural Firefighters responded to a call of a truck on fire Thursday afternoon.
