Blue Springs Man Sentenced To Prison

Brandon L. Immes, 26 of Blue Springs was sentenced last week to four years in prison, on guilty pleas to 12 charges related to 7 cases in Gage County District Court. Blue Rapids Library Closer To Expansion Funding Goal

A grant and loan from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development announced recently brings an expansion project at the Blue Rapids Public Library to nearly 90% funding for the $241,000 effort.
