Beattie Man Killed In Motorcycle Accident Near Blue Rapids

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports that a fatality accident claimed the life of a Beattie man Saturday evening. Robert Studer lost control of his motorcycle just east of Blue Rapids on U.S. Highway 77, shortly before 8 pm. Blue Rapids Recieves $140,000 Grant

The Kansas Department of Commerce has announced that Blue Rapids are among sixteen Kansas communities that will share a total of nearly $4.4 million in federal grants through the Community Development Block Grant program. Blue Rapids Woman Testifies at Murder Trial
