Preliminary Hearing Set for Former County Attorney

Former Marshall County Attorney Brian Carroll is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Court October 11th. Carroll did not enter a plea at the most recent hearing, leading District Judge Jack Murphy to schedule the preliminary hearing. Carroll is accused of misappropriating more than 70,000 dollars from the Marysville Berean Church. The misappropriation of funds took place between August 2006 and November 2010.
