Several vehicles were heavily damaged by fire Wednesday evening south of Beatrice. Stolen Vehicles Recovered Near Beatrice

Authorities recovered two vehicles stolen late Saturday or early Sunday from a storage building at Twin Rivers Chrysler Dodge in Beatrice. A pickup taken was found at Chautauqua Park, and a car was found abandoned a mile west of Beatrice on a minimum maintenance road, stuck in the mud. Marysville Woman Airlifted After Accident Near Beatrice

Beatrice Man Sentenced In New Years Eve Bar Fight

A Beatrice man, 23 year old Dion Lechman, was sentenced last week to 20-36 months in jail in connection with a bar fight New Year’s Eve in Beatrice that resulted in a broken jaw. Charges of terroristic threat as well as assault also resulted in more than $9,000 in restitution due. Read More »

Kennedy Center Renovation Scheduled For SCC Beatrice Campus
