Centralia Man Arrested On Rape Charges

A 21 year old Centralia man was arrested August 15 on rape charges, and is being held on $250,000 bond. Nicholas D. Russo was reportedly involved with an incident reported about a year ago involving a girl under the age of consent in the Centralia area.
