Former Marshall County Attorney Brian Carroll is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Court October 11th. Carroll did not enter a plea at the most recent hearing, leading District Judge Jack Murphy to schedule the preliminary hearing. Charges are still being considered for a man who allegedly caused a disturbance at the Marysville City Pool last week.
