Effective January 1st, RSVP of Northeast Kansas will no longer serve Brown and Nemaha counties.  RSVP Board President Jada Ackerman said the decision is because of the inability to find funding in the counties, as well as the cost of travel.    Ackerman said that the board has been discussing for some time.
