Injury Accident Sends Marysville Woman To Hospital

An injury accident was reported Friday afternoon about 4 p.m. on US Highway 77 at Randolph. Acacia Brenner, 20, of Randolph was turning off US Highway 77, and struck a vehicle driven by Ruth Maschmeier, 50, of Marysville. Maschmeier was taken by ambulance to Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan. Brenner declined medical transfer.

An injury accident was reported south of Beatrice Thursday afternoon. Claudia Fringer, 58, of Marysville was stopped behind a truck on U.S. Highway 77 turning into Beatrice Concrete, and was rear-ended by Milton Vitosh, 86, of Odell. He was transported to Beatrice Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident was reported shortly before 3 p.m.

Fatality Accident Claims Blue Springs Mans’ Life

A fatality accident early Saturday morning in Gage County claimed the life of 36-year-old Ryan Eugene Young of Blue Springs. He was the lone occupant in a vehicle that went into the ditch, began to roll, and ejected the driver, traveling on B Line at South 94th Road. The accident was reported around 5 a.m.

An injury accident was reported June 15th in Washington County. Makala Busch of Marysville lost control of her vehicle on Highway K-9 just east of Rainbow Road. Striking a field entrance, the vehicle became airborne, and came to rest in a field. A passenger was transported to the Washington County Hospital by Linn ambulance.
